Priva8 is operated by The Real Studios, located in Bodija, Ibadan, Nigeria. Users must be at least 18 and legally able to use the platform in their location.

By creating an account, browsing listings, requesting a booking, offering services, messaging, using safety tools, contacting concierge, or otherwise using Priva8, the user agrees to these policies and the booking disclosures shown before checkout.

  • Users consent to collection and use of information needed for accounts, bookings, payments, verification, trust signals, safety tools, concierge support, fraud prevention, legal compliance and platform improvement.
  • Location may be processed when users enable maps, service-radius tools, trusted contacts, safety sessions, SOS, or live progress features.
  • Payment data is handled through Stripe and payment partners. Priva8 does not store full card numbers.
  • Users may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, appeal, or regulator complaint support where local law provides those rights.

Sharing

  • Other users may receive information needed for booking, messaging, profile display, trust badges, reviews and service delivery.
  • Service providers may receive information for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, email, SMS, payments, identity verification, background screening, customer support, security, monitoring and legal operations.
  • Payment and payout partners, trusted contacts selected by the user, emergency services, law enforcement, courts, regulators, insurers and legal advisers may receive information where required or reasonably necessary and lawful.
  • Information may be disclosed to a buyer, investor, successor or adviser in a merger, financing, restructuring or sale of assets.
  • Priva8 does not sell personal information in the ordinary sense.

International transfers

Priva8 may process information in countries other than the user's location and uses appropriate transfer safeguards where required, such as contractual protections, data-processing agreements or region-specific transfer mechanisms.

Retention

  • Account records may be retained for the life of the account plus 1 year.
  • Specialist verification, listing, booking, payment, payout, refund, chargeback, tax, support, safety and incident records are retained only as long as needed under Priva8's retention schedule and legal obligations.
  • Messages may be retained up to 1 year unless a safety, dispute, legal or fraud review requires longer retention.
  • Client telemetry is generally retained for 30 to 180 days unless tied to an investigation or legal need.
  • Retention is minimized where raw identity documents, precise location, health-related details, minors, vulnerable persons or sensitive incident reports are involved.

User rights

Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision or complain to a regulator. Requests can be sent to privacy@priva8.com. Priva8 may retain some data for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, insurance, audit or legitimate business reasons.

Security and children

Priva8 uses administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, authentication, security rules, verification workflows, monitoring and limited retention. No method is perfectly secure. Security reports can be sent to security@priva8.com. Priva8 is not intended for children under 18.

Cookies and Local Storage

Priva8 may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for authentication state, cached profile display, favorites, recent views, saved searches, chat-assistant history, preferences, error buffers, performance diagnostics, security, abuse prevention, fraud signals, analytics and product improvement where enabled.

Strictly necessary storage supports login, safety, booking and core marketplace features. Optional analytics or advertising storage is enabled only with the consent controls required in the user's region.

Terms of Service

Priva8 provides a private marketplace and concierge platform that helps clients discover, evaluate, communicate with and book independent specialists. Unless separately stated in writing, specialists are independent providers and are not employees, agents, joint venturers or representatives of Priva8.

Users must provide accurate information, keep accounts secure, use platform booking and payment tools and comply with applicable law. Priva8 may limit, suspend, investigate or remove accounts, listings, content, bookings or payments where fraud, safety risk, illegal activity, prohibited services, policy breach, chargeback risk or reputational harm is suspected.

Verification badges, ratings, trust scores, background declarations, concierge notes and safety tools reduce risk but do not guarantee user conduct, service quality, legality, credentials, insurance, availability or outcomes.

Community Standards

Users must act lawfully, professionally, discreetly and respectfully. Users must keep bookings aligned with the listed category, use Priva8 messaging, booking, payment and safety tools, provide accurate information, respect privacy and follow health, safety, licensing, insurance and category-specific obligations.

Users must not harass, threaten, coerce, discriminate, dox, stalk, blackmail, exploit, mislead, retaliate, manipulate reviews, create fake accounts, share private information without permission, or bypass platform payments, safety tools, dispute handling or fees.

Reviews must come from genuine completed bookings and must not be fake, paid for without disclosure, coerced, retaliatory, discriminatory, defamatory, irrelevant or manipulated.

Prohibited Services

Priva8 prohibits sexual services, escorting, explicit companionship, nudity, pornography, sexual massage, solicitation, trafficking, exploitation, illegal drugs, weapons transactions, violence, intimidation, surveillance abuse, fraud, money laundering, counterfeit goods, stolen property, hate activity and unlicensed regulated services where a license is required.

Event-hosting and lifestyle services must remain lawful, professional, non-sexual, non-exploitative and boundary-respecting. Users must report prohibited requests immediately.

Cancellations and Refunds

Checkout terms control the specific booking. As a baseline, cancellation more than 24 hours before service may qualify for a refund of the specialist fee, 12 to 24 hours may qualify for a partial refund and less than 12 hours may be non-refundable unless law, safety or specialist fault requires another result.

Custom concierge expenses, reservations, travel, materials, deposits, payment processing costs and third-party commitments may be non-refundable once incurred. Priva8 may cancel or hold bookings where safety, fraud, illegality, chargeback risk or policy concerns exist. Billing, receipt and refund questions can be sent to billing@priva8.com.

Specialist Agreement

Specialists are independent service providers responsible for their own licenses, permits, training, taxes, insurance, tools, supplies, safety practices, profile accuracy and legal compliance. Specialists must not misrepresent credentials, solicit off-platform payments, evade fees, accept work they cannot lawfully perform or provide prohibited services.

Priva8 does not guarantee leads, ranking, bookings, income, payout timing, approval, continued platform access or any particular business result.

Risk Disclosures and Claim Controls

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Priva8 is provided as is and as available. Users assume ordinary risks of dealing with other people, hiring independent providers, attending private locations, using online communications, relying on user-submitted content and using third-party payment, verification, hosting, map, messaging or support services.

Where lawful, disputes with Priva8 are expected to go through support first. If unresolved, claims may be subject to individual arbitration, class-action waiver, limitation of liability, indemnity, evidence-preservation rules and approved venue terms. These limits do not remove non-waivable consumer, privacy, employment, criminal, safety or regulatory rights.

Priva8 may preserve account records, booking records, messages, support tickets, safety sessions, payment logs, device signals, location events, storage evidence, admin notes and audit records when it reasonably anticipates a dispute, chargeback, legal claim, regulatory inquiry, insurance issue, safety report, fraud review or law-enforcement request.

Data Requests

Depending on location, users may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, appeal or regulator complaint support. Priva8 may retain records where needed for fraud prevention, safety, disputes, accounting, tax, legal claims, insurance, audit or legal compliance.
